William McGregor

William T. McGregor is owner and President of The McGregor Company.  He is an MBA graduate of Harvard Business School and holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Rice University.  He has been active in all aspects of the real estate development and property management business since 1969, and has been directly responsible for the development or planning of more than four million square feet of office,residenital and specialty spaces.

Mr. McGregor’s past work experience in real estate is extensive.  From 1969 to 1972 he worked with Boise Cascade Urban Development Division, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, CA.  Mr. McGregor served as project manager on a variety of urban development and low-income housing projects during his tenure at Boise.  From 1973-1977 he was the General Manager for the Los Angeles World Trade Center where he had lead responsibility for developing the Los Angeles World Trade Center located in Downtown Los Angeles.  From 1978 to 1987 he worked as Vice President of Development for Tooley & Company where he had lead responsibility for all projects constructed during that time frame.  In 1988, he founded The McGregor Company which he owns and operates today. 

Mr. McGregor is a board member of the Welk Group, Inc., the UCLA Dashew International Center for Students and Scholars and Marymount High School. He is also a member of Lambda Alpha International, an honorary real estate fraternity.
